Terms & Conditions

1. Adults only
All experiences are strictly for adults aged 18+. We verify age on arrival. Underage attendees will be refused entry without refund.
2. Booking
A booking is confirmed only after a deposit is received. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the event.
3. Behaviour
Models, performers and waiters/waitresses must be respected at all times. Touching is allowed only as previously agreed. Any abuse or aggressive behaviour ends the experience immediately, without refund.
4. Photography
Photographs are taken only with explicit consent from the model and the group. Distributing photographs of models without consent is forbidden.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
More than 14 days before the event: deposit can be moved to another date. Less than 14 days: deposit is forfeit, but we will try to reschedule in good faith.
6. Liability
Sensual Barcelona is not liable for damages caused by the misuse of paints, food, alcohol or any other material at the venue, beyond what is required by Spanish law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Barcelona.
